how did ya'll do today?
I done ok, would have been much better if i would have got to the gym! Dang kids oughta be ashamed getting sick on porpous were i would miss my workout! haha Thay are all better now , so hopeful i can make it up tomrrow, with extra punishment!
B~1 piece ezekiel toast,1 poached egg and 2 tsps of Liv's cheese grits.
s~pria bar
L~chicken tenderlions satued with squash and mushrooms and garlic and cherry tomatoes!
D~1 thin barbequed porkchop , caulaflower(sp) steamed with little melted cheese, one bite of Liv's mac and cheese!
DESSERT~ 1/2 cup no sugar added vanilla ice cream
i have drank 64oz of water and took my vits! Im gonna exercise sometime tonight before i lay down! I have cleaned my house and cleaned out kids closets , you wouldnt know it to look at it though GRRRRRRRR!!
As far as excersise goes for me notta these days. Been on the couch since Tuesday with my back again. If anyone knows where I can find a new one let me know. Heres the food.
b-1 cup low sugar frosted flakes 3/4 c. 1% milk
l- 2 oz baked chicken, 2 pieces white bread, 1 tsp ketchup
s-1 grilled catfish fillet, 2 hushpuppies, 5 french fries, 1/4c. cole slaw
So far thats it which is enough. I am doing so bad with carbs. Gotta start doing better before it gets way out of hands.Drank plenty don't know how much exactly but always do pretty good there.

I think I'm doing too good. haha. at least with tolerating foods. I'm glad that I'm definitely limited on amount. Since reading labels and staying away from the sugars, I seem to be eating so well. It's actually invigorating to leave something on the plate now.
B = 1/2 banana (well, 1/4 for breakfast and then another 1/4 an hour later)
S = SF koolaid
L = soup and salad at Logans... ate about 1/4 the salad and only couple bites of the soup (it wasn't so good)
D = 1/4 of a club sandwich and 3 french fries
I have to say it makes me so happy to eat 'normal' food but in a small portion. The scales moved again today--dropped a miraculous 5 pounds after i've been stalled for the past 3 weeks! So I'm down a total 38 pounds since 2/28. yay! Only 98 more to go.
