When do you check again?

It's been 2 weeks since I called CMMC to get a status and all my information was ready to send to the insurance so I'm on pins and needles. I called the insurance co but they said they haven't gotten anything yet so I just want to know what's up. Like I have said before I don't want to bug anybody but don't want to get lost in the shuffle either. So...do I call or wait a little longer? Suggestions????

If it takes you calling every day to get them to do their job, do it.. Some people just need that aggravation to get them to do it. I know if someone called me every day about something that I had control over, I would do it just to make them quit calling me.. Best of luck... Seriously, once a week is not too much.. Just explain to them that the insurance company have not received anything and you were checking to make sure that you filled out everything you were supposed to or if there is a problem with the paperwork. It's kind of bothering me to see all these complaints with CMMC. That's who I'm using and the posts here aren't giving me much confidence in their staff. Thank goodness I've been referred to Adam D., which has taken a little bit of worry off me.

Don't let these complaints worry you! It is a long, slow, tedious process or at least it seems that way when you are waiting. All things dealing with insurance and getting approval takes a while. CMMC has a really good track record for getting people approved and taken care of - much better than some of the other hospitals! You are in good hands there! smoochies Arlies
