TEll me what you ate and/or done for exercise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok here goes..... Wednesday was a school holiday so went to China
Breakfast
1 cup Oatmeal with raisins, could not finish all
1 cup of coffee
water
Lunch
1 dim sum Dumpling with pork and veg
1 fried Dim sum with minced shrimp
1 small serving of rice congee (porrige) with thousand year old egg and pork slices
1 spoonful of pork and fish slice and pickled veg hotpot
Diet coke
Dinner
Japanese Teppaniki
Steak
Fried rice
Veggies
Sushi
Fruit
scoop of ice cream
I ate about 1/4 of what was served, took the rest for lunch......
We both had a facial and massage, Don got his hair cut and I got my eyelashes and brows done, a foot massage and manicure and pedicure. Then we went on the metro to eat and I hauled a heavy backpack to the store and then all the way home. I was exhausted!!!!!!!
Soon, the pools will open here and I can start swimming!!!!!
