Heres mine! 630~1/4 cup of grapenut with skim milk and half a nana 700~1/2 a monster low carb energy drink 800-830 workout with pt on my flabby abds 830-930 SPIN class 930-1000 RAN on the threadmill at 5.4mph 1000~in the car on the way home i inhaled a pria bar yummy 1030~5 crackers with spinach,artchokecheese spread 100~1/2 a cup of tuna salad (albacore tuna with clerey, apple and tad of mayo) with & wheat thins! 115 1 BIG Choco chip cookie GRRRRR 140 cals for one skinking cookie CAlled PT and CRYED !!! 330-400 RAN on PT's threadmill , while she read me my rights over that cookie! I WORKED off that cookie plus those crackers! LOL 630 1/2 cup satued spinch and garlic ,2 chicken tenderloins with salsa and little chedder chees melted on top! Ok im done for the day , I hope! My Pt sent me home with a TRASH BAG ! NO i aint kidding, she ordered me to fill it up with all the cookies, chips, crackers, ice cream, sodas, candy that i have in my house and BRING IT to her tomorrow where SHE could put it in the trash!OMG ! I just bought groceries!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im gonna have some MAD younguns on my hands tomorrow! DAWN~~

It sure is nice to see your smiling face added to your posts!! You guys need to plan a trip down here soon. The beaches are opening up within the next week. Not that it is a great beach, but who cares, it would be fun to just hang out and talk. Rhonda

Okay, Dawn, you're obsessed! but oh so inspirational. I wish I had the workout regime that you do. I'm just getting started with my Richard Simmons DVDs. I'm hoping to get a little stamina (i.e. more than 5 minutes before I'm winded) before joining a gym and actually trying to do something more aerobic. So how sore are you after all that exercise today?? for me, B = 1/2 scrambled egg, 1/4 cup grits and unsweet tea L = went to Ocharley's and got soup and salad. Ate about 1/4 of each D = two wheat thins with pimento cheese I drank a good bit of SF koolaid today, too. I was thrilled that the salad didn't make me sick. I was worried. i've been craving it SO MUCH, though, and I'm supposed to add shredded lettuce this week (okay, so that salad wasn't really shredded lettuce, but i did chew chew chew) It was hilarious, though, just me and my 3 year old. He ate all his dinner and there I sat with most of mine still there and was stuffed. the waiter kept saying, "ma-am is everything okay?" I just said yes and thanks. But then I was torn this evening when my best friend's son (who is 5) said, "Miss Mary, would it hurt your feelings if I told you you were too fat to play with us?" If his moma had been around, she'd skin him! I tried not to cry and told him I was working on it. ..sigh.. oh the blatant honesty of children.

YHEA i know i got a BAD case of OCD! HEHE I'm not sore yet , ask me again in the morning! haha Actually the first few weeks of working out at the gym i was in a huge amount of pain, i went to bed crying some nights , i knew that i had to break through the pain and get to the other side! I love exercising now , can you tell? I started at Curves , i think it is a great place to start. If you have never exercised or it has been a REAL long time , you would probably benfit alot from a place like Curves , before you jump in on a Spin class! lol Your food for the day looks GOOD! I wish i could stop at 2 wheat thins, i cant i can almost eat a half a box at a sitting! I aint buying them anymore , they are too good! My kids all used to tell me Mommy you are so fat! Then just today My youngest son Owen ask me " will you go to the water slides with me this summer?" I told him" NO, im too FAT!"he said "NO mommy you aint fat anymore, at all , your getting real skinny!" haha! You will get there too! I have had more than just my own kids INFORM me that i was fat. My next door neighbors little girl told me "MISS DAWN My MOMMA said that you would be REAL pretty if you would loose some wt, But you are just TOO FAT now!" ROFL Thats when i came and found this board and started looking in too haveing this surgery! They havent seen me in over 8mos guess its time to go pay them a visit! HEHE DAWN~~

6:00 coffee 7:00 Boiled egg 10:00 Coffee/Boiled egg 12:30 Steak 3:00 coffee 8:00 Salad with diced chicken breast, egg, sunflower seeds, ranch 10:00 Philly Swirls popsicle Worked in my poor, sad yard. I'm trying so hard not to just bawl. It was so pleasant pre-Katrina. I try to not get overwhelmed so I only focus on one little section at a time. Monday I weeded and mulched the lower flower beds, near where the pool used to be. Tuesday I did the same to the walkway bed and later today I'll work on the upper bed. I just keep my head down and don't look around! We start excavation on the new pool this week and maybe I'll feel better about it when that is done. Pool party in the Summer anyone???????? Elesha
