ya'll all done eatting , today?

I hope i am! LOL here what ALL I ate today! 630 protein shake 1/2 a low carb monster drink 1030 pria energy bar and other 1/2 of monster 1100-1130 grazed on crackers and hummus and 3 strawberries oh and 1 thin slice of apple ! 100 2 chicken tenderlions with 2 small summer squash 3 mushrooms and a handful of spinch satued in a tad of olive oil with crushed red peppers!stuffed to the gills! 430 1/2 a grapefruit with salt another pria bar grrrr! 600 3 clusters of steamed snow crab legs! I drank a lot of water, crystal light not sure how much. Step Aerobics class and work out with PT , didn't get to walk today girls were not feeling good! DAWN~~

B- Oatmeal, two slices of toast and coffee L- 1/2 of 6 " sub at Subway - Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki S- one white chocolate macadamia nut cookie D- other 1/2 of sub from subway S- I will have strawberries sweetened with Splenda before going to bed I drank about 40 oz of iced tea, and 20 oz of water Exercise- Went for a long long walk tonight, trying to make myself feel better.. whats wrong with ya , why you feeling poorly? How was the beach? I bet it was georgous im going next mo. to destin for my birthday, I cant wait! Hope you feel better soon , got to have somebody to cut up with on here! DAWN~~

I think I have a bug or something.. That or I am just OVER tired. I have been under a LOT of stress lately with the court hearing with the kids and all the stuff associated with that. My body just does not handle stress well at all anymore. Destin was BEAUTIFUL, I want orders over there SOOOOO bad!!! I would pay someone to get us orders there. The water is clear and blue and soooo pretty, unlike these nasty beaches here. I need to feel better soon, we leave on Friday for our vacation, our cruise leaves on Saturday. I am so excited about finally getting Julian on a cruise. Are the girls feeling better? What was going on with them? Rhonda

Destin is where we are gonna cross our fingers and hope to get as our next pick, its the most beautiful place , and its not too far from home! The girls are better they are mostly just brats! LOL Olivia had a bad reaction to some ant bites so she has been on benadryl for a few days and Ella has had a touch of a bug herself and the time change has them off scheldule so that makes them ill!

oooh. stress is bad. stressful day at work today. My entire day's nutrition consisted of a snack pack of mini peanut butter crackers, then when I got home ate one chicken nugget from chick-fil-a. I did drink about 40 oz. water. and i'm determined to finish this 20oz diet lemonade before bed. ack. stress is bad.

1 chicken nugget? I wish stress done me that way, i do right the oppisate when im stressed , which is most every minute of the day! Guess thats why im still so fat!

1:30 L: Meat and Cheese off of Poboy and Tater Logs 7:30 D: 1 sausage link and some baked beans with ground beef (WONDERFUL) I am loving this time change in the evenings but the mornings are KILLING me.

Breakfast 7:00 3/4 cup carnation instant breakfast snack 9:30 1 serving ff sf pina colada yogurt lunch:1/2 cup chicken spaghetti with water to drink afterwards snack: 1 serving pineapple supper: leftover chicken spaghetti snack: handful of baked cheetos
