what did ya'll eat friday?
Sorry im a bit late with my post . Had a late night and im dont realy want to admit what i ate and drank but here goes anyway ya'll slap my hands , i need it!
630~1 slice ezekiel toast with polaner all fruit
1000~breakfast with hubby at waffle house after my work out! I ate way more than 3 or 4 RNY patients should so maybe it didnt count! LOL
300~ Pria energy bar with a little peanut butter on it!YUM
500~ handful of popcorn at kids spring carnival and a bite of a oatmeal cookie!
630~Oh this is ugly here! 2 yhea 2 margaritas and 1 soutwestern egg roll with avacado ranch @ chilis ! i had 2 margartias over about 3 hours! Couldn't help it i have never been good at dealing with peer pressure, out with several 22 yr old girls! haha i had to act like one too!

Breakfast: Coffe with Vitamins
Lunch: 1oz Turkey, 1/4 cup lettuce,1oz cheese, fat free dressing
1 hr later unsweeten tea with sweet n low
Dinner: A Few Bites of salad olive garden, few bites of minestrone
soup from garden fare, brought the rest home as usual
eat on it for a few days. Lemon Water to go 1 hr later
No Snacks

I didn't feel much at all, i guess there wasn't that much tequlia in them! lol It was 2 for 1 night so i'm guess they was skimping on the liquor! I have drank them at home before and 1 is diffantly my limit! Im afraid you might dump on mixed drinks, I can handel sugar more than most folks! I have heard some Rnyers say that they can drink adn drink and never feel anything, and some get DRUNK on one or two sips! I would deffinatly take is slow , I don't drink much at all and when i do its only 1 or 2 at the max. I had a glass of red wine a few weeks ago at a party , i could not finish the glass cause i was feeling very strange!
How did you like the bread? I love it! Lots of fiber! lol
