Medic Alert Bracelet

Hi everyone! Do any of you wear a medic alert bracelet? If so, what information do you have on it? I am thinking of getting one and was curious as to what others have done. Thanks! Deborah 284/192/135

I have one, but I took all the links out of it that I could and it's too big again, so I am not wearing it! I know I need to..... It has on the back Arlies King Bariatric Patient NO blind NG tube NO insaids and then it has my insurance info.....and I think that's all. A bunch of us got our bracelets from Dixie Chick in Ala.
