Hey all I havent been on the boards in a while. I have been in the hospital. My gallbladder is giving me problems. They have run tons of tests and havent found stones. But next week Wednesday they are going to do a HIDA scan to test the function of my gallbladder. I might have to have it removed. Here in Colorado it is going to be a pain. I have to go to a hospital 2 hours away from my parents and my son. YUCK! Oh well I knew that this was a risk of the surgery. I weighed 164 today. Just 4 pounds from my GOAL!!!! So this will be worth it. Just wanted to update you all and hope you are all fine. Talk to you soon. Amy

I am glad to hear that you are doing great. Have the surgeon to check your stoma (outlet from the stomach) as it may be a hernia also. I have read that a couple of folks have had this problem and thought it was gallbladder! Sometimes the opening via the pertonieum becomes narrowed and causes pain, and eventually nothing can pass thru..... 4 pounds from goal, way to go! I have 10 pounds to my doctors goal and 20 to my own....
