What kind of vitamins did you tell me you took? I know dr carsons told me the prenatal were fine but I think I am going to switch to something I can just pick up in walmart. I think he also told me I should be taking a calcium pill. Also didnt you say you take two vitamins a day? Going to walmart after work and thought I would try and pick all this up at once. lol Thanks Denise

One A Day is the name and the green bottle has Essential on it too. Ilike them cause they are very small. I take the Ultra Tums. Break in half though becasue we can only absorb 400 at once. You know he was adamant about taking extra calcium no matter what vitamin we took. Don't take the tums with meds. That ties it up and does us no good. If this doesn't make sense write me again. Jane

I get Bone Smart from Dollar General, not that you asked, but just thought I'd throw this in! It costs $3 for 60 pills which is a month supply and it has EVERYTHING! in it, B-12, iron, calcium and all....course they are horse pill size... smoochies Arlies
