URGENT!!! URGENT!!! URGENT!!!!

I am very sorry if I scared you with the title, but I wanted your attention! Sometime back someone was supposed to make a listing of all our addresses and telephone numbers and give everyone copies of it, but I never got one and I hear alot of folks didn't either....so..... If you want to be included, please email me your full (real) name, snail addy, telephone numbers, and email. I will put it all together in an addy book and email it to all that respond. Also list your birthday, WLS anniversary date, anniversary date and any other important dates in your life....I, personally, would like to have names and bds for ALL family members....
