The new Bear

Well as of today I am officially a new bear I had my one year surgeons appointment and got my official results I have lost right at 200 lbs by their calculations and I have lost 21 inches in my stomach I amin shock. I have added a new pic of before and now on my profile please let me know what you all think. Hope to see you all soon. Hey Barry! I went to a CMMC seminar the other day and they passed out a photo album - I went flipping thru that book and there was your before/after photos! I got excited and told my hubby "Look, this is our precious Bear from the OH group!" You look awsome.... I know you must feel like a completely different person! Keep up the good work! Marci

HOLY SMOKES BATMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Barry, you look AWSOME!!!! I will put some new pics on my profile if i could ever figure out how to do it...lol... You are an inspiration to me cause i am still holding at 181 pounds lost....i keep fluxuation between the same 5 pounds for 5 months now, I have tried everything even went back to liquids for a week just kinda stalled.....but I am in a size 24 jeans *I CAN BUY THEM AT OLD NAVY NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!*and 2 and 3x shirts...but you!!!!!!!!!! omg!!!!!!!!!! you just look fabulous!!! keep it up!
