SHHHHHHHHHHHH dont mention MR GREEK , I love that place i get the greek salad, ( good) the CALAMARIE( BAD-fried) oh than those vinergry potatoes(BAD-its a tater) ! HAHA sorry you are sickly, hope you feel better soon! Oh i got lots of fruit and veggies, i dont know what came over me with those wheat thins, never knew that a wheat thin could send me into a binge! I think i was just starving when i walked in the door from the Gym it was the first thing i saw, gonna but a good snack in the car to eat on the way home today where that dont happen again!

I don't know what is going on with my tummy this week.. Probably all the stress from last week catching up with me. We leave this afternoon to go over to Destin/Fort Walton for the weekend, I hope I am able to eat without being sick. It is supposed to a beautiful weekend, hopefully we will have time to walk down the beach. I have to visit an art museum for part of my classwork in my Art Appreciation class, so I can write an essay for extra credit. Lord knows this semester I need all the extra credit I can get, I have not been able to get myself motivated in class this semester. I am going to take the summer off and give my brain a rest!! What kind of things have you been doing at the gym? I seen where you were doing kickboxing, is that hard? It looks like fun. What gym do you go to? Rhonda

b-south beach diet breakfast wrap s-4 slices of cheese L-3 pieces of sweet and sour chicken but no sauce was on it, 1/3 cup of chinese noodles 1/2 eggroll s-bananna with peanut butter s-3 chicken nuggets and 1/2 of small fries drank 3 cups of coffee w/creamer and 40 oz of water

I do every thing that the durn gym has to offer! lol I Do SPIN class its hard, I do High impact Step aerobics no problem with this one,I do curcit training not to tough , i do palaties/yoga at night LOVE this its a GREAT stress releaser everyone ought to do this! THE kickbox is not that hard i don't know what it is that i don't like about it, its alot of differant moves and one time , im not cordanited , but it was deffinatly easier this last class that i done i guess it takes time to learn the moves. I work out with my PT after or before class everyday, we are working on toaning this excess skin, its working! And we power walk in the afternoon, we jogged one day , but i wont do that again until i get a breast reduction, i had BLOOD on my sports BRA after that 2 mile run!GRRRR Oh i go to FLEX FIT ENERGY Club in Long Beach. Have a nice trip to Flordia , soak up some rays for me! I can't wait to go to the beach! I need a TAN! DAWN
