Has anyone used the free nutritional counseling service offer through BCBS state employees insurance???? I received a brochure. I can post the number Thursday. glenda

Hi Glenda, We need to get something free from BCBS. I just get so upset with how they feel about obesity. Please list the info. I saw my surgeon yesterday and he said I needed to eat more protein then my PCP's nurse called me today and said I had to get my cholestrol down. I have no idea how I am suppose to do this. Maybe the nutritional counseling service can help me. Thanks, Jan
