b-south beach diet breakfast wrap
L-2 oz grilled chicken 1/4 c mashed taters w/carrots
1/2 granny smith w/1tbs of pb (took me about 2 hours to finish the apple)
s-1 tbs peanut butter
supper-cheese sandwich about 3/4 of it
snack-slim jim
drank 60 oz of water and had 3 cups of coffee with creamer

700 protein shake wiht frozen nanna
1030 leftover beef and shrimp fajiatas NO WRAPS
200 stalk of celery with peauntbutter
430 craving chips and salsa , I had a GRAPEFRUIT wiht salt instead, guess my electolites were out of wack again, craving went away after i ate this!
600 chicken breast , and one tbs of mashed taters and 1 tbs of redbeans and rice. family got popeyes i only had the sides i baked my on chicken breast!
800 1 slice of ezekieal toast with tbs of peanutbutter
Drank lots of decaf unsweet tea, green tea and water today. Worked out as usual. I also went and ran around my block twice after dinner.

Ok so here is my frist turn at this
B- Sugar free popcicle
L- Cheese mashed taters (about 2oz.)

S- nothing didn't feel well
I drank water and I took the yucky filstone vits. Does anyone have any suggestions on better tasting chewables????????
I am still having a hard time with the protein shakes and stuff but I'm trying.

sorry to say but the vits dont get much better until you can swallow them! I had a very hard time chewing up them flinstones , i would gag everytime! I love my protein shakes , i buy the ON 100% any whey AT GNC our rite aide has a gnc in it. I love the vanilla icecream flavor and the mint choco chip I but a Frozen bananna or frozen berries in my vanilla.I always mix mine in the blender with 6 oz of skin milk and ICE unless i use frozen fruit you dont need the ice then! Just keep trying it might take awhile( or never) to find a protein that you like. I also like the matrix on baratric eatting , but its too high to me.
