Let Me Start My First Time What Did you Eat
Breakfast: 1/2 Toaster Strudel no Icing
30 Minutes after I eat
1/2 Cup of Coffee with No Calorie Creamer
Snack: 3 crackers with peanut butter
Lunch: Sushi California Roll (3), Green Beans 1/3 Cup
Snack: Applesauce in those little cups it comes in
Dinner: 1/2 Cup Minestrone Soup, 4 Crackers with Fat Free Butter
Not enough water, I did do my vitamins with the 1/2 cup of coffee
only way i can take the b1 vitamins,
I think 8oz of water, not doing so good

630 protein shake
730 1/2 a low carb monster energy drink
1hr aerobics class and 30 min work out with PT on abds!
1030 2 egg omlet with spinich and feta and tbs of homemade salsa
130 had to test the new batch of salsa with three chips and half a avacado!
330 1 stalk celery with peanut butter and 1 cup popcorn
i dumped so thats it for me today i feel awful , i dont want peanut butter again for awile!
have drank alot of unsweet tea today and water, took my vits.

I usually reply to this, but I am sick. I did not feel well this morning and got worse as the day went by. I threw after lunch, and I have thrown up everything I have eaten since. I guess I have a bug or this sinus stuff I have is making me sick. Whatever it is I wi**** would go away. If I don't feel better in the morning I am going to the doctor and get some meds for this crud I have. I think I am getting dehydrated even though I am drinking. Because whatever goes in comes right out.
Well, anyway, it sounds like you are doing good. I understand what you mean with the water and liquids. It has always been hard for me to get the fluids in. Good to have you come out and post with us. Hope to see you more often.

Thanks Lisa (and Dawn) for doin this...I am doing better this week, so can probably share what I'm eating some.
B - 1/3 sausage bisc, few sips of juice.
Protein shake
2 fiber wafer/crackers
L - 2 smallish fish filets, 4 baby carrots, 4-5 celery sticks
Lots of tea.
Gets a little ugly here - Most of a bag of munchos, small box of red hots, coffee with sugar - there, I admitted it, and it's over now (LOL).
S - About 6 bites of BBQ rib, 2 TBS english peas, 3 TBS mashed potatoes.
Should be it for the night - feel stuffed right now. Believe it or not, this is the least amount I have eaten in a while......Will drink another large glass of water as I will be working late tonight anyway....DeAnna.
some days are just like that. I tend to dump or feel sick with raisin bran or any of the breakfast foods (cereals, grits) no matter if they are low or no sugar..and then some days it is the strangest things that come back up or make me sick - weird surgery stuff...
PS. I did do a little more grazing tonight, but tomorrow is my cut off for working this pay period, I will be up late typing them reports. Usually that is when I will be grazing. I am trying to realize this now, STOP and just have some hot tea, water, and a protein drink if I still feel the need to graze.....

I guess you read my post. I have been today as well. I think I must have a bug because I do feel sick somewhat nauseated like i am hungry. But then when I eat it comes back up. Raisin bran ain't good coming back either. That is what I tried to eat for supper. Maybe we will feel better tomorrow.

Haha yhea i saw where you said that you were sick too, bu ti didn't see the part about the rasian bran ! We must be thinking alike again. I dont know whats going on with me though it sone feel ike a virus , im fine when i have a empty tummy , i put something on it and it comes right back up, think im getting dehidrated too, you know the signs , i got them! LOL I feel fine this am but i havent ate or drank anything , yet! hope you feel better today!
