Dawn, Where are you? Why am I having to pick up everyone elses slack on this board???
7:45/B: Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit
9:00/S: Crunchy Butterfinger (damn fundraiser candy)
1:30/L: Couple of bites of shrimp stuffed baked potato - couple bites of corn- 2 bites of ribeye - too done for my liking
8:00/D: Turkey, lettuce, tomato w/Mayo sandwich - couple of chips - hurt after I ate.
10:30/S: Link of boudin
I buy the mini banannas too, my kids love them, im glad they are carrying them in the regular grocerie stores now, i used to have to get them in the asian stores.
oh and whats that blondie recipe , girl , i used to love the real sugar ones? You need to do us a cook book !!!!!!!!! gonna buy the stuff for that carmel glaze for the weekend , donnie will be home i have to have supervison around that sort of thing i will go over board even on sf stuff!

Bowl of small wontons with green veggie
glass of water with lemon and splenda
Snack
4 or 6 almond cookies (very low sugar)
Dinner
Chicken pot pie (homemade)3 heaping tablespoons
Green veggie 1 large spoon
Green salad 3 large spoonfuls with tablespoon of Italian dressing
1/2 peach with tablespoon cottage cheese on top and a cherry
Tea with lemon
Snack
One slice apple
Have had a little virus for the past couple of days and pouch is a bit crabby when food is around.....

7:00 am protein shake
hour long KILLER spin class, and 30 mins abds work out with PT OUCH! SHE'S gonna KILL ME !!!
10:30 2 poached eggs(shared with 2 girls and dog, lol) 1 piece of Ezekiel bread, yummy bread!
2:30 i got lured into a mini bag of cheetos again! LOL your right CHERYL, smarty pants! LOL
6:30 chinese buffett ! need i say more good thing there wasn't a line to the bathroom thats all i got to say! haha I hav 1/2 egg roll, 1/2 a crab wanton, couple bits os chicken and mushrooms , and some coconut shrimp, and few bits brocolli, and 1/2 cup egg drop soup. LOST ALL OF IT PLUS SOME! SO i guess i dont have to count it! LOL
8:30 1/2 cup of my nilla ice cream to make my tummy feel better!
I'm haveing a hard time gettin in my water, dont know why , you would think all the exercise would make me thirsty, NOT!
