I did my message wrong... 9am at Southern Oaks on Friday and then Saturday and Sunday back downtown...I probably cant get there until 11 on Friday...

Hey girl, Yeah she left me a message this dr carnes that is and told me 9am southern oaks friday. so i just called her back and left her a message that I could not be there until 4pm cause that is what I was originally told 4-8 and to PLEASE call me bac k and let me know if that was going to be a problem. I will let you know when i hear back from her. denise

okay so just talked to stephanie carnes and it does start at 9am well actually check in from 8:30-9 and is at southern oaks. i am going to not be there until 3:30 which is the next to last group. I will just make arrangements to leave work at 3 intstead of 3:30. then sat and sunday downtown next to the walnut street grill. again check in at 8:30-9am. I have to sneak out at around 5 on sat. but I will see you gals friday. denise

What time are all these classes over... What time do we get to go home in the evenings?

from what i can understand friday ends at 8pm sat at 8pm (althought i have to leave at 5pm) and sunday i do believe ends at 5pm. you know janet had told me they feed us lunch, well hell if we are there that long the best be feeding me breakfast lunch and supper and a couple of snacks lol lol denise

that is so funny you say that i told someone here at work how funny would it be that we are all weight loss people but when we got there in the am's the would prob have donuts laid out for us for breakfast. hee hee denise

I am going to bring beef and cheese sticks and some peanuts and a tupperware bowl of peanut butter. Ya know... just in case our sugar drops or something. Besides - we are supposed to have snacks. They know that. Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Snack!! That would be crazy if they did try and serve us ice cream, donuts, pies, etc... That would just be cruel... We would eat it too.. haha... all laid out in the floor with sticky fingers from the sugar and Karo.. Haha
