went to a party tonight at a girlfriends house i had 1/2 a glass of red wine
i have 2 bites of cheese dip with sausage in it with one tortialla chip, 2 bites of hot artichoke dip with melba toast, 1 bacon wraped shrimp. My personal trainer was there so i couldn't pig out in front of her ! haha good thing those dips were good!!!

You are way too tough on yourself. You ate some not so good things but overall quantity wasn't bad for an entire day. You can get your nutrition in tomorrow as tomorrow is another day. We are all going to have days when our choices are less than perfect but preop you probably would have eaten an entire huge bag of cheetos, oh a dozen krispy kremes and the whole bag of tortilla chips and all the sausage/cheese dip LOL. You are doing fine. Don't stress too much. Get you some meditation tapes before Daddy comes to visit LOL.
Here is what I had:
B 2 eggs scrambled with cheese
S 1 pc low carb bread with 1 tbs peanut butter
L Peanut butter sandwich on low carb bread
S shared a small order of fries with my nephew at the mall
D Chicken/veggie casserole topped with some shredded cheese
Dessert- homemade sugar free apple pie topped with sf ice cream and homemade low sugar caramel glaze; very very yummy I must say

B- Oatmeal with two slices of toast
L- Mellow Mushroom - Steak & Cheese Hoagie (ate 1/4), I split it with Brandon
D- Another 1/4 of the Steak and Cheese Hoagie
S- one scoop vanilla ice cream with fresh strawberries
Can you send me the recipe for your Chicken/veggie casserole? I am always looking for new recipes. have you put your recipes on your computer yet?? I want the whole book, LOL.. You are such a wonderful cook.. When you gonna cook for me again?? LOL
I drank tons and tons of water and iced tea. Brandon and I went to the Walter Anderson Art Museum, anyone that has never been to that, and has the opportunity should definitely do it. Walter Anderson was an amazing artist even though he was very eccentric (totally strange!)... He had the eye for artwork that is for sure.. Most of his artwork was based around Horn Island, and island about 16 miles off the coast of Ocean Springs. My family and I have taken our boat out there and spent a day and now after seeing his art, I can't wait to go back. Totally amazing.

Howa about that recipe for that caramel glaze, i love caramel , i bet it would be loucious on my bryers no sugar added vanilla!!!
Oh and you are right looking back at what i ate it realy wasnt that bad compaired to the amount i used to eat and think nothing of it! No wonder i was so fat, yhea i said WAS!! I'm started to finally not see myself fat anymore, only overweight a little bit!

Not a good day for me either, but a pretty typical one tho....just too telling!!!
Breakfast: 1/2 cup cheerios with 1/2 nectarine chopped up in it and 1/2 cup 1% milk
Supper: 1 bite of roll, 3 (tiny ones too) bites of a sirlion and 3 bites of loaded mashed taties, two or three bites of salad with ranch dressing....several parched peanuts.....(Logan's....yum!!!!)
Snack: some sugar free turtles with almonds (4 over the course of the day)
See? Youse not the only one......
I am working on getting that caramel glaze completely sugar free but not quite there just yet. But right now I use 1/2 c. of splenda brown sugar, and 1/2 c. of diabeti sweet brown, 1 stick of butter (you can use light blue bonnet), and 1/4 c. evaporated milk. Melt butter and combine all ingredients in a boiler on stove top. Bring to a boil turn down slightly and boil 2-1/2 minutes stirring constantly or until all sugar dissolves. Top on your favorite things or eat right out of the bowl like Catherine and I do sometimes. Next time I make it, I will cut down on the splenda brown a little bit more and use more diabeti sweet brown which is completely sugar free and see if it still thickens right. We shall see.

I am green with envy that you can eat cheese dip, gives me a terrific problem, you know what I mean!!!!! But remember that going to a party, you are entitled to have a bite of this and a bite of that! I am planning to have a half glass of wine some evenings when I go to Spain at Easter.
Just remember Dawnie, that those size 8 jeans have your name on them and they are just waiting for you to claim them!!!!!
