this is what i ate today what did you all eat? 7:00 protein shake 8:00-10:00 sculpt class and work out with PT. 11:00 3 clusters of snow crab legs oh and 1/2 a piece of sugarfree dark chocolate 2:00 1 cup of popcorn, sugar free tapocia pudding 6:00 2 chicken tenderloins satued with one yellow squash and bell pepper strips and 2 cherry tomatoes. I Might get to have my 1/2 cup of no sugar added ice cream if i don't fall asleep before i get hungrey again. I drank a half a ton of water today still trying to get more in before bed, took my vits. DAWN~~ Ps ya'll know that im only picking at yall that dont post your food choices, there are somedays when i hold my breath and hope nobody asked me! LOL

B- egg and cheese, coffee L- 1/2 Peanut Butter Sand., red grapefruit crystal light s- 100 cal. wheat thins d- boiled shrimp and cole slaw, sugar free tea with splenda s- 100 calorie oreo cookie snack pack I painted the outside of my house from 9:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. Don't you love those red grapefruit crystal lights. I haven't found them at Walmart in a big pack, but I stop at this gas station near work and pick one up almost daily. I like them. You coming to the meeting on Monday. I hope so. Would love to see you. Melissa

I would like to say that I had a GIANT bag of Cheetos, but then I'd be Lieing !!!! LOL!! Breakfast Cup of coffee with Splenda 2 oz of cereal with dried cranberries, low fat milk Lunch Japanese Teppanyaki Shashimi (raw fish) Miso soup Steak and onions sauted veggies 3 shrimp cooked onthe Teppan Dinner Piece of toast lemon water with Splenda Later half a peanut butter sandwich.....
