ok people time to fess up!!!!!!
this is what i ate today what did you all eat?
7:00 protein shake
8:00-10:00 sculpt class and work out with PT.
11:00 3 clusters of snow crab legs oh and 1/2 a piece of sugarfree dark chocolate
2:00 1 cup of popcorn, sugar free tapocia pudding
6:00 2 chicken tenderloins satued with one yellow squash and bell pepper strips and 2 cherry tomatoes.
I Might get to have my 1/2 cup of no sugar added ice cream if i don't fall asleep before i get hungrey again.
I drank a half a ton of water today still trying to get more in before bed, took my vits.

L- 1/2 Peanut Butter Sand., red grapefruit crystal light
s- 100 cal. wheat thins
d- boiled shrimp and cole slaw, sugar free tea with splenda
s- 100 calorie oreo cookie snack pack
I painted the outside of my house from 9:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. I am tired!

Steak and onions
sauted veggies
3 shrimp cooked onthe Teppan
Dinner
Piece of toast
lemon water with Splenda
Later
half a peanut butter sandwich.....
