YOUR FUTURE HAS NO ROOM FOR YOUR PAST! Who's the Boss, You or Your Emotions? Life is no fun when it is controlled by feelings. Feelings change from day to day, hour to hour, even moment to moment. Not only do they change, they lie. Untangle the Knots...One Day at a Time Proverbs 18:21 says, Death and life are in the power of the tongue.... We must choose life-generating thoughts. When we do, positive, powerful, life-giving words will naturally follow. I think some people try to control their mouths but do nothing about their thoughts. That is like pulling off the top of a weed--unless the root is dug up, the weed always comes back. You'll never control your mouth, unless you first learn to control your mind. Do yourself a favor and forgive. Get rid of all poison that comes from bitterness, resentment, and unforgiveness. Are you tired of playing games, wearing masks or trying to be someone other than who you are? Wouldn't you like the freedom just to be accepted for who you are, without the pressure to be someone you really don't know how to be? Would you like to learn how to embrace your own uniqueness and resist the pull to be like everyone else? God knew what He was doing when He made you. You are a unique individual--God created you that way! It's time that we dare to accept ourselves as different and stop being insecure about who we are. Exercise doesn't feel good, but it is good. When a rebellious child receives a spanking, it doesn't feel good, but it is good. RESIST TEMPTATION AND WIN THE BATTLE Growing and learning is never easy. This process is always difficult. But the changes make us a better person. We begin to think differently, then we begin to talk differently, and finally we begin to act differently. This is a process that develops in stages, and we must always remember that while it is taking place we can have the attitude, "I'm OK, and I'm on my way!"

I've been addicted to Joyce Meyer for a long time and she tells it like it is! I get my toes stepped on constantly but I need it. You can also watch her on your computer if you miss the show in the mornings. You can watch previous shows as well.

Petal, Have been watching Joyce for about 6 -7 years. She's great and if a person puts into practice what she ways it will change their life completely. It did mine and I had already been a Christian for 25 years. In His Love, Carol

I never really watched her before. The other morning I got up and it was on and I watched her. Then I went to her website and read things. This morning I got up early again but I didnt see the show - went to her website though and read a few things. I have a friend who watches her faithfully and reads her books and swears by her. I may have to go to Books A Million today and get a book. I have never been a big church goer. Started going again before my divorce and then kinda quit. I am ready to go back and think I will this weekend.

Boy, I needed that one. I just want to be me, but sometimes I honestly don't know who that is because over the years I have been a people pleaser. You know want to make everyone happy and everyone approve to the point that I wonder who the hell am I anyway. Melissa
