Do you like to use mayonnaise, but find the low fat or fat free
versions lacking? Try using the real thing, but cut the fat by
extending it with lemon or lime juice and chopped or shredded veggies
such as scallions, celery, or others that you enjoy. You will cut some
fat from each serving and add additional tasty flavors.
