how did ya'll do today with your food choices? 3-16-06
heres what i had , i could have made some better choices today! GRRR
7:00 am protein shake with 1/4 cup of vanilla lite and fit yogart mixed in .
Went to gym from 8 till 10 done 30 minutes with trainer before 1 hour spin class and then went back and worked out with my Pt after class 30 more minutes, just for fun ! lol
10:30 2 egg omelet with spinich and feta cheese and 1 tbs of my homemade salsa!YUM
2:00 blackend chicken salad from backyard burger I ate all the chicken and about 1/2 of the salad with honey mustard dressing! I dont have a clue what kinda cals are in that thing, im afraid to ask! LOL
S~1 piece of sugar free dark chocolate , and a hanful of sunflour seeds. I shoulnd not have had either one of these!
6:00 1/2 cup of cheese tortolline with maranara sauce and parmasean cheese. YEP I know BAD carbs it was only about 150 cals but in sure the carb were thew the roof! I"m sickly tonight i thought pasta and cheese would make me feel some better! Back on track tomorrow with the high protein! I'm not gonna let myself have my icecream tonight , im grounded from the cream cause i ate pasta!! haha
I havent drank my usually ton of water today , got a sore throat, dont feel like it! I took my vits and my 3rd dose of the Lexapro, still smooth sailing with the new drugs, hope it stays that way!

Its 2:28 in the morning. Have been wide awake since 12:30 - cant go back to sleep. Having issues with sleeping at night. Just ate a microwavable ham and cheese crossaint.
