Like it or not im asking my favoriate question! What did ya'll eat today? B~Protein shake with 1/2 a nanna Missed my kickbox class this am, had a baby sick with a virus! BUT DH got home in time for me to meet my PT and she worked me out extra good , for missing class! Ya'll I even Cryed cause i missed class , that VERY STRANGE! Your right BARRY BOY What a differance a year makes, well in my case 9mos! S~Payday protein bar YUM YUM YUM L~ 2 egg fata and spinich omelet!!!!!!!! S~handful of mixed nuts D~2 chicken tenderloins baked with salsa and little cheese melted on top! 1/4 cup mixed baby salad greens one broccoli flowerett 3 grape tomotoes with 1/2 teaspoon light olive oil and and lemon juice squeesed over for the dressing! It was yummy too Later tonight i will have 1/2 a cup of no sugar added bryers vanilla icecream only 80 cals and its GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have drank onver a ton of h2o today , or so it seems! LOL Took my vits and my NEW Lexapro--SO FAR SO GOOD! dawn~

Hiya ANGELAAAAAAAAA So yeah breakfast.... a bottle of tea.. on the way to work, my favorite 45 min commute in rush hour Jacksonville traffic Snack? 3 cups of coffee to wake up at work Lunch? a snack machine size bag of kettle barbeque lays.. sue me!! Snack ? hmmm... my 4th cup of coffee Dinner? five gummi bears, a small wendy's chili w/ cheese and onions (yum) And after dinner.. till now.. two more bottles of water So ANGELAAAAAAAAAAA.. you did good by the way. I know you'll be in that string bikini this summer LOL LUVZZZZZZZZYA!! ~Andie~ aka you'll never get my middle name cuz its even worse than yours

DONT CALL ME THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let me sound like Sara here! LOL You aint eatting enough!!!! YOu need to eat more!!! Oh i will bring that sting bikini when i come to JAX this summer, i will bring one for you too cause thats the only way in wearing one if you are in one too!!! haha wouldnt that be cute us two in string bikinis?

Hi Dawn, where do you get the payday protein bar? Sounds good! Thanks for keeping us going with the eating. I do not have a very good appitite, so I am just looking everywhere for something to eat. Tuesday I went to the buffet at the Piggly Wiggly took 2 bites and just got sick. I choose baked dark chicken , crowder peas, string beans an cornbread. I just couldn't eat without it coming back up. I guess too much fat and salt. Any suggestions for meal are greatly appreciated. I drink my Achieve One for breakfast and 1/2 yogurt to take my meds. It's just lunch that I really don't know what to do. Now don't feel sorry for me because I have lost 75 pounds as of today. Love ya and you keep us all smiling. Smiles, Jan

Hey GranJan, I Have found the payday protein bars at several differant drug stores cvs, riteaid , and walgreens oh and i got one a winndixie one time too. They are with all the other diet bar and healty food stuffs. They are REALY GOOD TOO good infact! BUT BIG BUTT They have 240 cals , so i dont eat one that often , i should do one for a meal replacement, BUT i have it as a very heavy snack! LOL They taste just like the real thing! 15 gs of protein!If i have one i TRY to do better the rest of the day to make up for all of those cals. 75 lbs thats great!! Woo-hoo go JAN!! As far as meal ideas i need some myself i pretty much eat the same ole stuff day in day out! Im a creature of habbit. Thats one reason i love to do this post to see what others are eatting and steal there ideas! LOL Glad I make you smile , i kindda feel like that's my job around here! Dawn~~

Hmm. Today I had for breakfast ; 1/2 south beach diet peanut butter bar, snack : handful of ff sour cream and cheddar chips lunch: 1/2 cup of southwestern steak soup (campbell's chunky) snack: sugar free pudding 1 serving supper: dunno yet...

Yesterday I had: B- Oatmeal with two pieces of toast L- chicken bulgogi with white rice S- 2 SF chocolate chip cookies D- Captain Al's- Ribeye Steak (1 oz), 2 fried shrimp without the breading, 1/4 of a loaded baked potato and 1/2 of a roll (I was stuffed) I drank about 60 oz of fluids yesterday and was runnin to the bathroom all day long!
