Who do I ask?

If I was to call CMMC and find out if they have sent my info to the insurance co who would I ask to speak with? It's only been 3 weeks too so do ya'll think I should give them more time? I just don't want to fall through the cracks.

yeah you could call them at ccmc but i would call my insurance to see if they have recieved what they need from ccmc. that is what i did. then i called ccmc. Ask for jeanie she is a sweet and helpful person but they all are over there. i finally got my sugery date it is march 27th. Good luck tonya
