insurance hasn't gotten anything

So I bugged the insurance co and they still haven't gotten anything from CMMC. Guess they are busy.

Same thing happened to me. I called the insurance company, they said they didn't get anything. So I called Jeanie, she refaxed it, I waited another week, insurance still said they didn't get it. I just held out and called every day until I showed up in their system. Seems like it took the insurance company longer to log me in than it did the docs office to fax the stuff. Just letting you know...most of the time it's the insurance company that's the hold up. Keep trying hon! Hang in there! HUGS Kimberly
