Did you know that Walmart has SUGAR FREE PECAN PIE??????? When I saw it, I thought I'd died and gone to Heaven!!! It's $4.97, but well worth it as you can eat only a tiny, tiny sliver....for sugar free it's awfully sweet....Even with Jim and Em's sweet teeth, one pie lasts us a week or two!!! So even tho, it is FULL of sugar alcohols, it is a doable treat if'n you keep portion size little bitty.....and try it with a dab of no sugar added butter pecan.....Yep, I am BAD!!!! Smoochies Arlies Pecan Pie is mine and Em's very, very all time favorite!

Yes, I did know this and made the mistake of buying one. It was so good that is all I wanted to eat. I just couldn't stop nibbling on it. I finally had to chunk it in the garbage so I wouldn't absolutely make a pig of myself with it. I decided now I can only buy it if I am taking it somewhere where I can share it with a group and only have access to one slice LOL. I know that is sad, but pecan pie is a weakness of mine. Can't control myself. I have learned my trigger foods and that is one of them. It sure doesn't taste sf. It is really rich. I can eat a little at the time but having a little at the time all day just adds up. Go figure LOL. Melissa

Tell me more. Is it frozen or in the Deli? Our walmart sucks so I will have to check the one in Meridian Friday when I am that way. I love pecan pie and would love something different thats sweet. Becky

Ok, when I get home, first stop Wal Mart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wonder if you could buy a pie and cut it into eight pieces and then freeze each piece, then thaw as needed. We freeze pecan pies at Christmas, sometimes all are not eaten, and they freeze beautifully and are very tasty when you are dying for a cup of coffee and a nice piece of pie. I bought SF syrup to make a SF pecan pie, have the pecans but just havent gotten the motovation to make it. I also have a SF brownie recipe and SF lemon merangue pie recipe that I want to try.... How about the cookbook, is it still on????? Cheryl
