Does anyone ever feel like they can't get full at that time of the monk
Oh my goodness, when it is that time of the month I feel I could eat the house down. It is like I need to chain everything down and lock it up to keep me from consuming it LOL. Now that I know it has that effect on me, I start taking a B-6 supplement 7 days before I am supposed to start. Plus I keep plenty of healthy snacks around I can grab quick if I just absolutely must eat. And I try to keep myself away from tempting situations because that is a time I know I am hungrier and weaker willed. I try to exercise more then too because that curbs my appetite and need to eat.
