ok new find ladies!!!

ok well i was desperate for something sweet when i was leaving the gym the other night and what did i find in the cooler where the water is? slyvester stallone protein pudding!!! it has 20g of protein, 2 g fat, 0 sugar and lactose free and 2 carbs. the banana cream was really good i havent tried the other flavors yet but im sure they are good too. i thought this would be good for right after post op too, u would feel like u were eating something but getting 20gs in just 5.5 oz. they arent dirt cheap though they are 7.99 a 4pk at anatomies but thereis a website called www.wholesalesupplementstore.com where u can buy them a little cheaper. i think a case of 24 is like $33.00. im not sure if gnc carries them i havent called and checked yet. i will bring one to the support group next time and we can all try it. crystal 231/138
