JUST COURIOUS?

did ya'll eat today! haha thought a new title might draw ya'll in !HEHE B~protein shake 1hr long high impact arobices class followed by 40 minutes work out with my PT! I have LOST 4 lbs in one week and 1/2 inch of my non exzisting waist! AND i also wet down 3% in my body mass! I was Amazed all in one week I didnt measure and wt the first week! S~south beach diet cereal bar after work out didnt have time to go home for real food had errands to run L~1/2 a side salad and 7 mini chicken nuggets at chickfila, yea i was starving S~1/2 cup of no sugar added vanilla bryers ice cream. this stuff is SO good its very hard to stop at 1/2 cup!SO DONT BUY IT! LOL D~Chinese buffett ! 1 crab leg, 5-6 shrimp 3 tiny raw ostyers 2 baked mussels, a few pieces of squid and three pieces of sushi! so i dont guess i have to worry about how much i ate! LOL Took my vits drank a ton of water! DAWN

You are doing very good Dawn, I am very proud of you! Your scales finally moved.. keep it up and they will continue to move. B- my usual.. maple and brown sugar oatmeal and two pieces of toast L- my usual.. Beef Bulgogi with onions and white rice S- very small piece of cake, don't know what kind, but it was not sugar free, one of the guy's as work brought it in, their wife made it, it was yummy!! D- Spaghetti with one piece of garlic bread (leftovers from last night) S- Later I will prob have some fruit I have not exercised yet, but plan to go for a walk before going to bed tonight. Rhonda

B 1/2 Bacon/Cheese omelet from Dan's S low carb reeses L 1/2 patty melt a few fries with ketchup S a few M&M's D rotisserie chicken potato salad broccoli casserole and 2 tbs of mac & cheese S low sug homemade brownie with sf ice cream didn't settle well on my tummy and I got sick. I ate too soon after exercise I jumped 20 minutes on the trampoline and did my 2 mile walk away the pounds tape with resistance bands. Melissa You are doing great Dawn. Congratulations!

Dawn you little butt---you did draw me in with the title. You are a smarty pants!! Ate 5 donut holes in car at 8 am 12 noon 3 tbls of smashed potatoes 3 tbls whole kernal corn 2 tbls mac and cheese can't you tell my boys don't like veggies and I didn't cook myself some 2 pm-- 3/4 apple and peanut butter 6 pm 1/3 flour tortilla with taco meat some cheese and sour cream 7 pm ate 3 bites of dh salad 8pm 1/3 cup ice cream with 1/2 cup milk mixed in with it. some real coke Jane

I really didn't do too good today. b-raisin bran with 1%milk l-a late lunch a reg cheese burger from Mickey D's without bottom bun S-bowl of french fries at ballgame with mayo and ketcup snack- 1 chocolate cup cake bad bad bad and fixing to find something else cause I'm hungry. Becky

Great Dawn!!!! You are getting serious now!!!! Let's see.... Breakfast two small homemade biscuits, with real butter two cups of coffee handful of pills..... Went to Dr for check up Lunch 7 Wontons cooked in soup Took pain pills and went to sleep in the PM Supper Fresh sauteed fish about 1 ounce 1 large tablespoon of steamed broccoli with butter 1 large tablespoon of Mashed Potato 1/4 of a roti prata bread Iced tea with Splenda and Lemon Apple salad with raisins and celery(finely chopped) with mayo..... about 2 tablespoons full Snack two bags of chinese mixed rice crackers Two weigh****chers lemon and ginger cookies drank another glass of tea, should drink more water.....
