What are you eating? Are you exercising? Over what time period have you gained the 10 pounds? How long were you at 128 before you started to gain? What has changed in your life or life style that may be causing you to eat more? Sorry for all the questions but the more details we have the better we can offer some support and help.
It is definitely a life long journey and the hardest part of the journey is the maintenance to me. It is trial and error. You have to find what works for you. Journaling and studying my feelings and reactions helped me out alot so that now I recognize when I may have a binge period coming. This way I can head it off.
