I sure did as usual i have ate too much!
B~south beach cereal bar
L~Chinese buffett 3 shrimp, few bites of chicken and mushrooms, i piece of peanut chicken, 1/2 a egg roll, 1 piece of calafornia roll, and a bit spoonfulls of hot and sour soup! UGGGGGG way to much
S~1/2 cup of no sugar added vanilla ice cream -YUMMY only 85 cals!
D~1 oz of eye of the round roast and 1/4 cup of salad greens 2 cherry tomatoes with ginger dressing!
Went shopping for exercise again , got measured for BRAZIERS And the girls are finally shrinking! Im proud to report Im now a D CUP!!!!!!!
B- 2 Pancakes and one slice of bacon
L- Tuna Salad Sandwich
S- Peach with splenda
D- Spaghetti with one piece of garlic bread
S- ice cream with strawberries (again)
Went for a run tonight, ran about 1/2 mile, walked the other mile and a half. For some reason, when I run, I start getting chest pains, so I am worried that I may be overworking my heart, so I am going to have to watch that, and if it continues go to the doctor about it.

1 Flour Tortilla 8 inch
Totals 1351 calories 74 protein

S: Fritos and salsa (I am on a salsa kick)
D: 3 Tostodas and Cheese dip
Drank lots and lots of coffee and 2 red bulls and I had a few sips of my daughters coca cola classic, OH MY - I had forgotten how good they taste straight out of the can.
