What did ya'll eat today? 3-3-04
Yhea i know its only 5 , but i'm done eatting for the day so i thought i would go ahead and post this to keep me from cheating!
7:00 protein shake
Work out , boby sculpting class followed by work out with my PT!
10:30 2 egg cheese omlet with salsa
S~3 animal crackers-BAD ME handful of cashews
4:30 3oz tuna 1/4 cup mixed baby spinich and 2 cherry tomatoes with 2 tsp of asian ginger dressing, small banana and 1 ritz cracker with peanut butter.
OK about 8:00 (if im still awake) i MIGHT have a protein shake, or some cottage cheese !
I have ate too much today i know! I have drank about 80 oz of h2o and green tea so far gonna try to get in another 30 or so before bed!
DAWN
B- Oatmeal with two slices of toast
S- Nothing
L- Beef Bulgogi with onions and white rice
S- nothing
D- going to Pizza Hut, don't know what I will have yet but probably a salad and a slice of pizza.
S- if anything, it will be an apple with peanut butter
Took a walk with husband and son, about 2 miles total both directions.

Sorry I've been out of the loop lately! I am journaling, drinking water and counting calories. I'm following through on my recent commitments but I just haven't had time to post about it. Nothing special is going on just the usual craziness of my household...just another day in paradise!
I miss taking to ya'll but I gotta go again! Soccer time. I'll try and read the posts from the last few weeks tonight. I may be so far behind, I'll never catch up!
