B- Nothing
L- Beef Bulgogi with carrots and onions and white rice
S- handful of skittles
D- Another bad night, we got free food from McDonalds, so I had 3/4 of a qtr pounder with cheese, mayo, lettuce, ketchup and onion, about 6 french fries
S- Lemon Coolers - about 7
I have got to do better, I am not doing too well these days!

B oatmeal and 2 slices ready bacon
S strawberries with sf dip and 1 sf reeses
L turkey/cheese sandwich on low carb bread
S 1/2 apple and 1 sf reeses
D 1 slice of a personal pan pizza (minus part of crust), 1/4 breadstick, and salad
S sf peanut M&M's (russell stover)
lick of sf fruit dip
Took all vitamins, drank lots of water, and did my 2 mile walk away the pounds with resistance bands tape after church

L - whiting fish filet (again) with cajun seasoning.
S - cream cheese with mint jelly and wheat thins (again)
S2 - handful of M&M's plain, regular, NOT sf! ;-(
Then I had to lay down and take a nap! LOL
D-potluck at church, had a bite of shrimp pasta w/cream sauce, bite of durkey green bean casserole, bite of rice/mushroom dish, bite of fried chicken.
Came home and ate again! Another fish filet with 5 bites of baked potato.
I get in such a rut with food and eat the same thing day after day after day. When I find something that works I go hog wild on it! LOL

Work out kick boxing class and abds work out with my personal trainer!ouch!!
L~well it as only 10:30 but i was starving i had a 2 egg omlet with cheese and salsa!!!!! I ate the whole thing! it was good!
S~10 slices of turkey peperroni nuked until crisp(17 slices had only 80 cals) diped them in a tiny bit of salas and sour cream
D~!/2 of a side salad from chickfilet and 5 of those tiny mini nuggets there is only 32 cals per nuggett so i dont think they are that bad theres not that much breading on them and if there is a piece that has a lot on them i pick it off! LOL
WELL if you dont mind me bringing the girls i can do lunch this friday or next even what is you down friday? it would probably be after 12 before i could make it !
