hey everybody!
hey yall!
its been a while since i got to post.. i'm so happy for Joyce, and glad to hear she is doing well, i will pray for her, because she prayed for me when i was not doing well, i just want to thank all of yall for all of your prayers for me.
i have really good news, i went to my doctor yesterday, and he released me to go back to work! No more homebody for me! The only condition is i don't lift over 25 pounds that's just to prevent a hernia. He really made me feel good yesterday, he hugged my neck and told me how proud he was of me because i have done so well with the weight loss. I started out at my highest weight being 356 and now i am down to 276!! actually close to 30 pounds of that beginning weight was water i accumulated in the hospital. But my doc has been really nice to me, he has called me personally at home several times checking on me.
I just can't stand that hospital I stayed in. I just don't think they really know what they are doing. GRRR!
Well anywho, just wanted to say hello, and maybe since Im not homebound anymore i can post more. HEY DAWN!!! call me sometime!! (662)435-2707.

I am so glad that you are doing great. I was really worried about you and all the things that happened. When are you going back to work? Hopefully soon. You will join the century club soon. I bet they won't even know you when you go back to work. Good luck with work and don't over do it in the supply warehouse. It can get really hot so keep drinking.
