B~protein shake S~1/4 cup cottage cheese and 3 ritz crackers L~4oz salmon blackened S~4 chocolate covered expresso beans!GRRRRRR and s/f tapioca pudding D~1/4 cup of mix baby salad greens 2 cherry tomatoes, 3 tbs of my homemade chicken pot pie- Yummy but BAD! i have drank over 100 oz of water today took my vits! ( i went to spin class and workedout on my abds with my personal trainer- didn't i already tell ya'll that! HAHA) dawn

Breakfast-Cheese Toast and cup of Coffee, large water for pills Snack-1/3 of a Zone bar and cup of sf hot chocolate Lunch-Mini frozen pizza, I ate half, half diet coke Snack- 2 blocks of SF chocolate bar -dark Dinner-1 Tempura Shrimp 1 piece Soft Shelled crab with tempura 1 spoon of Chinese veg dish 2 spoons of green sauted veg (baby bok choi) Iced tea sweetened with Splenda Hot fruit soup (apple and pear) sweetened with splenda Snack-2 Murray's SF chocolate Oreo type cookies........ Probably ate a bit too much, I need more protein, tonight we will have steak for supper......

B: Little link of Boudin S: Spoon full of peanut butter L: Baked Chicken - couple bites of brocolli and cheese and few bites of mac and cheese - half of a dinner roll S: 3 choc donuts (The little debbie packs- split with my kid) D: CHips and salsa, pico sauce, cheese sauce, guacomole salad Drank 2 red bulls today, coffee and a little bit of water. Went to the Y - first time in 5 months. Did 14 minutes on eliptical and a couple of leg weights.

B 1/2 bacon/cheese omelet from Dan's S 1 sf low carb reeses L 1/2 a 6 inch turkey club sandwich minus part of the bread S protein bar D chips with salsa and cheese 1/2 a chicken quesadilla S 2 pcs sf chocolate mini eggs 1 tbs of peanut butter I licked the spoon while I was mixing sf fruit dip for the kids to go with their strawberries. Melissa Drank 32 oz of water, and 1.5 coke zeros, took all vitamins and went to the gym with Christine.

B - nothing L - 1 broiled whiting filet with cajun seasoning and a few bites of baked potato with butter salt and pepper S - cream cheese (.5 oz) with mint pepper jelly and about 8 or 9 wheat thins D - 1/2 of a chick-fil-e sandwich with mayo YUMMY! I also ate 2 french fries from my kids happy meal. Drank a gallon of tea sweetened with splenda I'm still trying to figure out why I've gained 7 pounds. I'm getting frustrated! HUGS Kimberly

Oh Kimmie , i didnt know that you gained 7 lbs? It will be ok , did you start exercising ? that will make you gain before you lose.Maybe your retaining fluid, eatting too much salt maybe? All i know is that if you gained it real quick and you haven't been overeatting then it aint FAT! LOL It will probably go away as quick as it came! hugs, dawn

Okay, I confess.... Today was not a good eating day for me at all.. It was Fat Tuesday and we were on the go most of the day.. B- Oatmeal and two pieces of toast S- 5 Lemon Coolers (Dang Girls Scouts, but they were Red. Fat) L- Peanut butter and jelly sandwich S- pretzels D- Here goes.... 1/2 of a Qtr Pounder with Cheese from McDonalds and French Fries Lots of Walking yesterday!! I mean LOTS and LOTS at the parade.. I could have done without the McDonalds but it sure was good. That was my VERY FIRST fast food burger since surgery one year ago today!! I will do better today, I promise!! Rhonda

I was confronted with those damn lemon coolers this morning... I took 2 then the girl said you can have 5 and its only 130 cals...so I got 3 more. Oh well... They will be outta here soon.

Well I haven't done this in a while and don't know if I can remember but I will try. b- bowl of low sugar Frosted Flakes, 1% milk l- ham, cheese, pickle wrap with lite ranch dressing s-1 slice cheese pizza snack- 7 chicken in a biscuit crackers with squirt cheese middle of the night snack- piece of bread of cheese, pickle and ranch dressing. Thats all I can think of but I'm probably forgetting something will start keeping up with it today. If ya'll promise not to fuss too bad I eat all the time these days. For those of you who like orange juice I found a minute maid 1/2 the sugar has a little pulp it is really good and didn't make me sick. Becky
