I have another ?

I just went to my PCP and he had received a letter from Dr. Cleveland's office. My PCP is great about it and went ahead and started my pre-op blood work and stuff. My question is this. Has CMMC already submitted my paper work to my insurance co or are they waiting on my PCP to return a letter of recommendation? Basically I'm trying to find out if I need to rush my doc up or if the insurance already has everything they need. BTW, ya'll are just the best at how ya'll support each other. I can't wait to meet each of you.

First i attended the seminar, then i made an app with their nurse Cindy Neal, then she told me just to sit back and wait on an approval letter from my insurance so that is what i did. i got that and so did CCMC and then i recieved a package from them with a letter for me to carry to my pcp with a list of all the test they needed done. i also went for my physc eval that next week. i called to see if CCMC had recieved everything and they had not gotten my eval from Dr Hawks . So i called her and now just waiting on her to send it all over to them. I am told the next step is for CCMC to call me and set up an app to see Dr Cummins and see the nutrionist. I started this journey on Dec 5 05 and im now to this point. the ball is back in their court so im now waiting on CCMC to contact me now. I may wind up calling back in a few days just to make sure everything is still going as planned. hope this helps a little ... tonya

Jereni, I had to have the referrel letter first. I think it probably depends on your insurance. I'd call Jeannie or Adam and ask. They are used to being asked questions like this all the time! Keep us posted! HUGS Kimberly
