I just started the process. I had my first appointment with the CMMC team and am now waiting for information on exactly what my insurance company requires to okay this surgery. I don't have a picture yet but I'll work on it. I've already told the folks at CMMC that I want to be a poster child for RNY.

I live in Bridgewater apts up near the reservior....Brandon addy, but actually closer to Flowood - just go straight across in front of Flowood Walmart and you go right by my house! I hope you are willing to get together and pal around! I have a little doggie named Polly and a 21 year old in college in Meridian and a 14 year old and a hubby. I am home during the day and willing to play! We are gonna have to start a regular lunch get-together for all us in the Brandon/Jackson area! (Something that is harder and harder to find these days) Good luck with your journey. I've found it helps so much to post on here--get opinions of others...and sometimes just to vent! well shoot! I'm at the Res too! I live just behind the new defunct Winn Dixie. I'm a recent widow so it is just the boy and m'self. The husband died of a combination of MB and sleep apnea. I'm really not as passe about it as that sentence made me sound. His death broke my heart but really strengthened my desire for this surgery. I have a 4 year old to raise. To say the least, I'm a very motivated loser. Our little family is rounded out with Rupert, the chihuahua/daschund mix. I can't wait for the day I can climb up on a ladder and paint my house! There is so much yard work I want to do but can't for all the puffing and waddling I'm doing now. We should get together for a cook out!
