What did you eat Thursday
I did better. I am so proud. I will continue to do better. AND I feel skinny today girls. I do feel good and went shopping. Bought a size 18 skirt and that is miraculous.
B 3/4 cup of froot loops and one cup of milk
half cup coffee
L--mexican pizza from taco bell---8 oz lemonade
D Ryans steak house---half spear of brocoli with cheese sauce
2 small bites of chicken pot pie
one pinch of roll
about half cup lettuce with cheese and crab
bite of Tommy's yogurt and half cup coffee
4 oz unsweet tea with lemon
tonight for snack
4 ritz and 2 slices of american cheese
I didn't do a lot of lowfat and sugar free today. I just tried to eat meals only.That was my goal. Tomorrow I will strive to be more healthy in my choices. I know every calorie counts.

Breakfast
2 pieces of protein bread toasted with butter
2 cups of coffee
Break
1 package crackers
1 small package of dry roasted peanuts
Lunch
After I finished teaching (5 straight classes in a row) my friend from school and I sneaked away from campus to the mall and went to Deli-France to eat. I had a ham, turkey and cheese pannini sandwich (small) and a glass of iced tea with Splenda
Snack
Another glass of tea from Deli-France, I was thirsty from shopping so I bought another to drink as I drove home......
around 7, I ate a small bag of japanese rice crackers and peanuts, was trying not to snack as I will not eat supper.... (bad habit of mine)
Don arrived at 8 pm
We had
poached chicken 3 Bites for me
sauted green pea sprouts 1 tablespoon ful
Fried Turnip Cakes two the size of silver dollar
and SF jello with fruit ****tail (drained and rinsed with water) 3/4 C.
Iced Tea
Ate Don's SF jello about a hour later, he didnt want it.....
Didnt go to bed til about 11:30 and resisted the urge to eat again....
Having bad bone pain, I think fibromyalgia is acting up again. Took so much Ty. that I though I had OD'ed but not much help with the pain.... Very very tired, need to go to DR I guess.....
Did buy 7 summer tops, I was happy with finding those!!!!!!

B~1slice whole wheat toast with 1 tbs peanut butter and 6oz skim milk i know i aint supposed to eat and drink at the same time i usually dont , but i cant eat that much peanut butter without some milk!

L~2 chicken tenderloins and 1 small zuchinni(sp) and 3 cherry tomatoes satue' in a tsp of olive oil with italian seas, and parmesan cheese!
I was aware of the fact that after my work out i would be wanting to eat the world up. So i drank a lot of water after my work out so i was able to come home and cook my meal and eat sinceably! Just being aware of these bing triggers makes it much easier to control them! THANKS

S~2 clusters of snow crab! LOL some snack I know DH cooked them at work today had them left over , he could throw them out , there my favoriate! LOL BUT i didnt dip them in butter so i dont think it was too bad!
Palaties/Yoga Class

Drank lots of water, took all vitamins, and worked out for 1 hr and 20 minutes at the gym. I did 35 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes on the bicycle, and 35 minutes of weights. Let me tell you I am sore today. Tuesday was my first day able to start exercising since my tummy tuck and breasts augmentation and lift. It is good to be back exercising as that is my replacement for food. I was miserable without it for those six weeks I had to take off.
Hey Melissa i think i have Finally found my repalcement for food too! I LOVE the GYM!!!!!!!!! I JUSt got back from a Body sculpting class and after i worked out with a PT on my abds!!!!!!! IM in PIAN TOO! Its a Good pain though! LOL I got Donnie to go to the calss with me too , there is some arobiecs involved, he was SOOOOOO funny trying to get to moves down ! haha I wish i had a video camera!He liked it though he said he would go back with me again! I love EXERCISING NOW, IM CRAZY !!!!! I dont think that i would make it six weeks off even for my tummy tuck!

Oh, it was tough not to workout for 6 weeks, but you can do lots of damage if you don't abide. And I will admit to trying to workout just a wee bit before I should have and my tummy spoke to me and didn't let me. I did do some light walking but nothing that engaged that abdomen because it really is a little sore for the full six weeks. And it is really sore today and I have done no specific abdominal work. It is just sore from the other working out I did. So I guess it is true that everything you do involves the tummy some how. Because mine sure is sore like I went to an abs of steel class or something LOL. And all I have done is cardio and arm and leg work. So, when you have your tummy tuck, I am going to come and sit on you for six weeks and make sure you behave LOL.
But I sure am glad to be back exercising. The six weeks I had to take off was tough and I struggled with my eating again. So, I know the exercise has been my saving grace. I can never stop now or it would be back to fighting bad eating habits again. I am so glad you love the exercise too. You are really doing great and you seem to be struggling less and less with food issues. It feels good doesn't it? I am proud and happy for you.

I realy do think that exercise is going to be a big help to helping my deal with these food issues. I thought that i did notice that you were struggling with you eatting during your recovery time. I know you gald you cant get after it agian. I wish i had started this type of working out sooner, i would probably be at goal , if i had of! GRRR Oh well i'm doing it know and i love the way i feel , yhea it hurts and i want to cry during the classes but when its over i feel so good about what i have just done for myself. Its the weekend now and they dont have any classes on the weekend so i hope that i can keep myself on track and not undo all the work i have done this week. I have done 6 classes the past 5 day!YHEA! I haven't lost anything yet , but i sure do feel great!
