what did you eat on Wed
I am going to post this and not worry about tonight.
I don't eat as much after 5. I eat more in the early part of the day. I blew it. I binged bad. I haven't done this since April of 2005. That is scary but I am not upset. This is just one of those days. It will be better tomorrow. I can guarantee you that. I said I would post and I am fessing up.
7 am cereal and milk
morning time--2 little debbie cakes
carrots and dip
bowl of froot loops and milk
a handful of doritos
2 small cartons of apple sauce with splenda
1 pm
5 ff
1 chicken strip with ketchup
3pm
5 popcorn chicken bites
rootbeer
I feel less teary but numb. I am hanging in and have been doing a lot of thinking today. I have issues with food but I have other issues too. When I am able to resolve them and get some relief my food thingy will lesson. That is my hope and I do agree
Food does not taste as good as skinny feels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

L~leftover kung po from last night
S~1 oz beef jerky , nuts not as many as yesterday but still too many.2 hershey kisses, oh and a s/f tapioca pudding! These were not all eattin at one time but spread threw out the afternoon.GRRRRRRRRRR
D~1/8 cup rice 1/4 cup Thai pepper beef and basil VERY HOT! YUMMY
I have drank about 80 oz of water and green tea today!
Took my vits, exercized! Im going to SPIN class again in the am , ya'll pray for me! LOL My girly parts are sore from it yesterday! LOL TMI I KNOW!!!!!

Not a great day for me either Jane so I can sympathize....
Breakfast: one very, very, very thin small pancake (first time for me!) with sugar free apricot jelly.
Lunch: a couple of bites of salad, rib, hamburger steak and some funny chicken stuff (we went to the new Fire Mountain on Flowood)....then I got horridly sick and went to the bathroom
AFter a bit, I ate a sugar free orange cookie, a sugar free chocolate cookie, a tiny, tiny piece of banana cake (sugar free) and part of a little sliver of sugar free apple pie....I think it was the salad dressing that got me....I felt my first few bite**** my tummy and could feel it getting bigger and bigger - just like when I used to mess up at the beginning....then I had a PAIN and tore off to the bathroom!!!!!
Supper: Small salad with lettuce, onion, parmesan cheese and about 2 or 3 ounces of baked chicken with ranch dressing.
Snack: 1 slim-a-bear ice cream thingie
Actually, I didn't do too bad, if I'd kept my lunch down and not eaten the sugar free desserts, but I really didn't eat a normal size portion of dessert even tho I ate 4 different things!

L- beef bulgogi with steamed rice and onions
S- 3 peanut butter crackers
D- grilled ham & cheese with sour cream and onion potato chips

I drank:
2 -20 oz cups of water
1 -20 oz cup of unsweetened tea with sweet & low
1 -diet mountain dew (bad)

Jane, I had a pretty good day.Breakfast - 2 oz chicken l cup stir fry veg Lunch - cottage cheese with sf jello Snack - 2 choc chip cookies and 6 crackers Supper- 1 c. baby lettuces ff french dressing 3 strawberries 2 1/2 oz tilapia 1/4 c black bean salsa. I walked for 25 min and ran 5 min and exercised in water 25 min. I am learning to cook Tilapia and working at acquiring a taste for fish. I'm liking it more and more as I try using different seasonings. Remember when Coke first made Tab? It tasted awful! But at the time it was the only sugar free drink on the market except for water. After time we were hooked on it and loved it. I'm convinced that I can do the same thing with fi**** is such a good protein and fast and easy to fix. Have a good day! Carol

supper:7 ounces of chili (no beans) and frito mixed
snack :2 packs of peanut butter crackers
I drank 3 energy drinks and a pitcher of crystal light so I think I got my fluids in for the day. I need to eat more and snack on my crackers less I know they are my weekness.
