Hey everyone Dr. Info needed

Hey everyone this is Missie, Well I just wanted to let eveyrone know that I have had a good day with the exception of finding out that I have metabolic syndrome however I only have 2 of the five symptoms of it but we are working on it. Also for the great news tricare found me a dr and right now it is Roger Blake in jackson, Ms. I was wondering if anyone of you have heard of him or if anyone has had him? I am going to make an appointment with him as soon as I get through with this post just wanted to see if anyone has ever use or knew of him. Thanks yall. Missie

I know for a fact Dr. Blake no longer is a surgeon in Jackson. Personally I would not have used him anyway. Dr. Salameh in Jackson works in Dr Blake's old office. He seems to be pretty good but pretty back logged.

Melissa, So you're tricare? I have used a group in New Orleans that was covered by tricare . This was before Keesler offered the surgery and at this time Keesler again suspended the surgeries till they are up and running again, it could be a while. If you want to take the long trip to New Orleans, I loved my doctors. Let me know I'll get you the info. ~Andie~

I have family there so going home to new orleans isnt a problem im originally from there so. However I do not really know if i want to have my surgery there but maybe they can help me find one in a nother area around there thanks. Missie

Roger Blake is no longer with UMC in Jackson. He is the Doc I started with and he left UMC around the end of September 2004. Else I would have had surgery at UMC with him. BUT Dr. Salameh is at UMC and you might give him a whirl! Smoochies Arlies

Hey girl. Well thanks for the heads up..but Dr. Salameh is not in our tricare region so I am looking for another one. Thanks the heads up. Thats teh only catch is me finding one that is in the tricare region that takes our insurance..I am not giving up though I am going to keep looking thanks girl. Missie

UMC where Dr. Salameh is takes tricare and so should Dr. Salameh! If they STILL have Dr. Blake on their list, I bet Dr. S should be and hasn't been added. Smoochies Arlies
