SO what did ya'll eat today?

Just so ya'll know it don't hurt my feelings one little bit when you dont respond to my post , so just go on an ignore this, its only for me anyway! Keeps me in line! B~1/4 cup special K protein plus cereal with skim milk S~30 cal can of v8 juice L~1/2 a tuna salad from subway S~handful of cashews + another handful haha D~1/2 of a realy thick grilled pork chop 1/8 cup of steamed brocoli (sp) took my vits and drank a ton! OH and i worked my booty off at the gym took a hour long arobices class and done 30 mins on the treadmill at 4.5 mils a hour and done a few wts. AHHHHHHH im tired! dawn

I reply almost every day! Thank you very much HOOCH!! B- Nothing L- Beef Bulgogi with white rice and onions S- VERY BAD... Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel from Auntie Annes & did not dump.. I wish I would have! D- Grilled Chicken thigh, TBSP creamed corn, TBSP lima beans, crescent roll and 2 pear halves I drank 4 20 oz cups of iced tea, 2 20 oz cups water today for a total of 120 oz of fluids... no wander I had to pee all day! Good for you going to the gym and doing aerobics. What kind did you do? Step? Keep up the good work.. Sara and I had fun today, wish you could have been with us, maybe next time.. Yhea, i know we do have a FEW faithful that ain't shy about putting the ugly stuff out there !haha I'm only picking anyway!LOL Glad ya'll had fun today. I had a great time at the gym, i just done a basic aerobics class we did use hand wts and a big exercise ball at the end that was tough, i will be doing a step class on wednesdays though. Im doing a spin class tomorrow , Im VERY NERVOUS , Donnie went to a spin class tonight and He was weak in the knees after it and he can ride 70 miles at a time on a bike when goes on the weekend! I will not be makeing it to the meeting Monday thats Donnies duty day! So no meeting for me this month!

Ok - I'll confess my sins.... Breakfast....nothing! I had a meeting and didn't have time. Bad excuse I know. Lunch.... 1 broiled with cajun seasoning whiting filet and 1/2 of a tiny baked potato with butter and salt. Snack/dinner 10 wheat thins, 1 oz cream cheese with pepper jelly on it. About a teaspoon of jelly. I've drank about 100 glasses of tea Not really, but it feels that way. I woke up with a wicked stomach ache today, so this has not been the best eating day for me. B oatmeal S string cheese L tried to eat a grilled chicken salad but had tummy ache and took a few bites and that was it; gave it away S 2 hershey kisses and a few M&M's; for some reason carbs go down well when my tummy hurts D Almost 1/2 pc of fish, 3 small fried mushrooms, a little steamed veggies ranch and tartar S russell stover sf choc caramel a few of Cat's baked cheetos Took all vitamins and drank a little water and a coke zero. I didn't feel very well today. Had tummy ache. Melissa

5:00 coffee/protein bar 11:30 protein drink 5:00 2 samoa cookies 5:30 1/2 cup of sloppy joe on hamburger bun 7:30 1/2 cup sloppy joe on 1/2 bun multi vit, iron x2, Wellbutrin, antibiotic, Zertyec 40 oz water I was shopping for curtains all day with no luck. I've run out of places to look, any ideas in Hattiesburg? Elesha

HAHA i know Elesha I'm usually NOT a night eatter but last night after dinner hubby brought in some choco chip cookies to bake and i admit i did give in a ate one! My legs and glouttous maximus is very sore today, Im going to spin class this am and palaties tonight i might not be walking tomorrow! lol dawn

I might get shot... B: Chili and Rice (Yes, for breakfast) S: 2 Peanut Butter Cookies and a thin mint (GIRL SCOUTS!!!) L: Chili and Rice and peice of ham and cheese S: Peanut Butter Cookie D: Fried Mushrooms and steamed veggies S: SF Caramel Egg Lots of eating today. These girl scout cookies are everywhere. Very tempting. Too tempting.. Christine
