B~south beach protein cereal bar 2 cups of decaf
L~1/4 cup of cheese tortolline(SP)
D~BAD i had 2 bites of ellas chili burger and 4 fries!!!
I have had a bad eatting day, too many carbs and junk! I drank a lot of decaf coffees and iced decaf tea not sure on the amounts! I took my vits!

Ok, Ok, I confess to badness !!!!! Lets see.....
Breakfast
Toast with nuts and raisins with cheese on top! One piece....
2 cups coffee with Splenda
Lunch
Homemade Tacos, white corn shell, meat, Lettuce, onion, tomato and cheese and salsa.....Ate 3....
Diet Coke
Snack-Fried noodles (bad I know)
Green tea 2 cups
Dinner
2 or 3 bites off stuffed chicken roll
3 spoonfuls of Basimanti Rice with butter
3 spoons of Green Salad
Iced tea sweetened with Splenda
Snack- Small slice of sugar-free lemon cheesecake that I made! Yum!
before bed-one piece of chocolate with peanuts (Kick Me for that!!!)
dumped this morning!!!!
B- Ham & Cheese Omelet
L- Peanut butter and SF Strawberry Jelly Sandwich (lol)
D- Went to Lookout 49, finally... We shared
Stuffed Amberjack with steamed veggies and a garden salad with Ranch dressing (it was yummy!)
I did not do too bad today, other than I did not drink enough water!! I have got to do better with my fluids.
