I am still seeing Angelo.. Bumpy roads at times but we are doing great right now. Thanks for saying I am tiny. I have lost 10 pounds. I see the difference but I hate seeing this skin. He told me last night I was just skin and bones... Skin is okay, just wi**** wasnt all in one spot.
Emily is doing well. She is still adjusting to new school and the new environment. BUt she is loving it.

When you are coming up 11 past Lil Butcher Shop it is on your right. Go in the front door and the woman at the counter will tell you what room we are in. She is not real nice but she will get you in the right room.

B~1/2 a piece of toast , 1 slice of bacon,1 poached egg
L~chicfila salad well about 1/4 of it and 2 of the chicken strips on top and 2 waffle fries.
S~5 s/f carmel drops , 2 strawberries with s/f whip cream
4:00 pre dinner 5 shrimp in coctail sauce
D~1/2 of my feliet mingon , and 1/2 of a lobster tail 2 bites of baked potatoe.
S~s/f tapicoa pudding
i ate wayyyyyyyyyy tooooo much today!!!!!!!
Sonic breakfast burrito with salsa one mini twix----one mini dk choc milky way from jill's heart bag
some sf rootbeer
lunch at o'charleys
one grilled chicken strip and salad with ranch dressing
one roll with butter
a few bites of Tommy's potato soup
small glass of sf tea with lemon
2 or 3 spoons peanut butter with a teaspoon of jelly mixed in
small ground meat patty with A1
5 peppermints

I feel like a broken record sometimes with my daily eats. I eat a lot of the same thing... LOL..
B- 1 pkt Low Sugar Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal
S- Blueberry Scone from Joys of Coffee (WAY too much sugar, dumped immediately!!) Lesson learned!!
L- Beef Bulgogi with white rice, onions and carrots ( I did change from chicken to beef,so thats a change..)
D- Went to Los Ranchos Mexican Restaraunt. Had 1/2 of a Beef and cheese quesidillia, chips with cheese and chips with guacamole..
S @ 9:00 - 1/2 apple with peanut butter
