Does this mean it might happen?

I got a call from Sandra @ CMMC and she said she spoke with someone at my insurance co and they said the surgery is covered if medically necessary. (which it is) So I have my first appointment with them Thursday. Does that mean this might actually happen? I've been holding off thinking I might be getting my hopes up because the insurance info I have said you had to complete a 12 month doctor supervised weight program first. I'm excited and hopeful but scared it may be false hope. What do ya'll think?
