OMG Moment!!!!
It will not be long until you have surgery too. At first, it is very very tough to adjust but little by little the weight will just slide off! It takes time and patience to keep up the battle, but your new tummy will help you to fight off the food addiction and you eventually will not want all the things you crave now!!!!

Sometimes when you have a stall it is just that your body is "rearranging fat" At least that is the way my body works! I just cut back on the food intake, no carbs just veggies and meat, no sugar in anything except natural fruit, no canned anything. Lots of leafy green veggies! Then I go for long walks if I can. After a few days, the scale will drop. You must drink water for your body to flu****self and you need to read everything cause there is added sugar in Juice, yoghert and lots of other stuff. They are so tricky, also when you go out to eat they use MSG which can retard weight loss! I also weigh every morning and then I know what I can have for the day. If I am up a pound or two, out goes bread and other stuff until I can come down. I hear that a lot of folks lose for about 18 months if they pay close attention to diet and exercise.....
Love ya,

Queenie, you got a lot to look forward to!!!! I discovered that I have no butt to sit on, and a couple of bones to balance on!!! And my arms have enough skin hanging that I might be able to use them like wings! LOL!!!
You are gonna see Real big changes once you come down a couple of more sizes!!!!! I have heard that some people lose even 18 months out, so I think that if it takes time your body adjusts to it's setpoint and my doctor told me not to worry, 18 months is about the normal window!
You are looking so fantastic!!!!!! And if you are like me, feeling better and better all the time, isnt it great????
Love ya,
Cheryl
