What we ate 2-10-06
b~nuttin well 3 cups of decaf with s/f whip cream
S~100cal package of peanut butter cookies and 1 tbs of peanut butter!
L~1/4 cup cottage cheese with s/f pineapple and 3 ritz crackers
S~WELL this was more like a after work out binge!!!!!!!! 1/2 a mini cup cake and 1/4 a bag of popcorn
D~1/2 a cup of red beans with conecuh sausage and 2 tbs of rice
I drank over 100 oz of water !!!
