What did ya'll eat yesterdee! 2-8-06

B~1/2 cup cottage cheese -i dont the cottage cheese test and this is what i got in, i almost ed. Is this a normal amount, or is my tummy too big? L~steak fajaitas -no wraps just the beef and peppers S~ 1 tbs of cream cheese with splenda- i was having a cheese cake attack! and a handful of mixed nuts S~1 stalk of celery with 1 tbs peanut butter D~3 whole snow crab clusters and 2 tbs of melted butter(bad)- UGGGGG i was stuffed , i couldnt pass them up though winn dixie had them for 4.99 a lb! dessert~1/8 of a cup of vanilla ice cream!

Dawn, I hate to post what I ate! I did terrible but I need to be accountable. B-rasin bran L-cheese in a burrito wrap (later) tuna fish sandwhich s-6 pieces Mary jane candy D-Chicken in southwestern cheese sauce s-5 more pieces of candy I am so ashamed. I do not want to get into the habit of eating the things I used to eat.

Gotta Remember... B: None S: None L: 1 fajita and chips and salsa (12:00p) S: 3/4 bag of Peanut M&Ms (2:30p) D: 3/4 of spam sandwich with some Funyuns (6:00p) S: 1/2 of spam sandwich with some Funyuns (11:00p) Couldnt sleep (new kitty wouldnt SHUT UP!!!) Drank 1 Red Bull and 3 cups of coffee

Hey Dawn... If you got in only 1/2 cup that is really not alot. I did the cottage test once and they said it is not accurate. I was able to hold 7 ounces. They said it is such a soft runny food that it is not accurate. You should test it with something a little more dense like chicken. I might do that again too... Christine

I was bad. I ate a few corn chip scoups (maybe 10) with that spray cheese in the can. Supper: 1/4 cup chicken and mushy rice Snack 1/2 cup of cherry/cheesecake/pecan pie - sugar free. And I only drank 32 ounces. Just NOT hungry and NOT thristy..... In A MOOD.....and the mood is prolly on account of I am NOT eating....

Yhea they moving alright in the wrong direction!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm back up to 180 i was at 174 for a few seconds!! I go up and down 5 or 6 lbs everyday!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRR
