Lunch: Chicken Salad Sandwich on Crossaint.. Only had 1/4 of the crossaint.. Snack: 1 SF Reeses (It sucked) Had to chase it with 5 peanut M&Ms Dinner: Frito Pie - about 1/2 cup. 1 redbull today, 1 sip of water, 2 cups of coffee Christine 275/149

Breakfast Soft scrambled egg with a piece of toast with Splenda and Cinnamon cup of coffee with splenda and creamer Snack Two soda crackers and a cup of tea sweetened with Splenda 4 tiny manderin oranges (size of large grapes) Lunch half of tuna sandwich on multi-grain bread Banana, 2 little oranges Dinner McDonalds fish Sandwich (regret eating it, no more McD's) cup of coffee, 4 SF toffees, 3 oranges Later Dinner..... bowl of soup noodles with chicken broth Splenda sweetened iced tea Snack 10 or 15 pistacho nuts Did not drink enough water, need to work on it.....

B: 2 small pancakes with sugar free syrup L: Chicken Bulgogi with steamed rice, onions and carrots S: apple D: Japanese Restaurant- Fried rice, Chicken, veggies (not very much of any of it) I drank 64 oz of water today & 24 oz of unsweetened tea Rhonda 240/117

B~1 tbs of leftover kung po chicken L~2oz chicken parmesan, few bites of spegetti noodles, and a few bite of greek salad S~2tbs cottage cheese 3 ritz crackers, handful of mixed nuts D~3oz steak 1tbs of rice, 1tbs english peas dessert~2 tbs of bryers vanilla ice cream! I drank 3 cups of decaf and about 40 oz of water dawn

Sorry, I lost my mind and forgot to write things down! Not a bad day, but I didn't eat enough, though. I started stripping wallpaper in my breakfast room and lost track of everything else. Elesha
