DEPRESSED?

Is there anybody else out there that has the blues? I just don't know what's wrong with me....I have been telling Jim I am either fixing to be very, very sick (like with a virus or cold) or I am mired in depression. Physcially as far as I can tell, I am fine, but I just feel so down...Is it the weather? I do have seasonal depression (usually fall), and I have been getting out more into the sunlight to help me, but it's not working - that's why I am thinking maybe it's the beginnings of a bug. Yesterday Polly and I went to the reservior library on Christine - 4 miles round trip....Today we went to Dollar General - prolly about a mile to two round trip. I have the new Stephen King novel, "cell" and the new Dean Koonz novel, but cannot get interested in them....Now this part is TMI, TMI, TMI, TMI, I know, but I always (except I didn't go but a speck or two on my trip to the coast.) do alot of pooping, but the last few days, it's been a horrid onslaught and ungodly smellier than usual...Maybe a bug? Help me folks....cheer me up or make me well.... Smoochies Arlies

Sounds viral to me. I hope you perk up soon. You need to grin and kiss Jim more. Or maybe you need a break from the entire crew around there.Who knows. This weather is the real 1st cold we have had. It makes me a little melancholy too. I am very stressed and have been for weeks with issues and special burdens. It has almost done me in. Me and Tommy take a "break" and have special time though and that helps. It will pass and believe me if it is a virus you will feel better probably in a day or two. Love ya ladybug---the queen Jane

Ok, it is time for you to mix up a big pot of chicken soup and run yourself a nice bubble bath with some wonderful smelling lotion to fini**** off. A nice pair of new Jammies and some cozy slippers will help too. Next Tuesday is Valentines Day, so making a dinner reservation or planning for a nice sugar free dessert for dinner couldnt be bad either!!!! Go to find the outlander series by Diana Gabeldon! I double dog garrentee you that you will get interested in it!!!! If the library doesnt have it you can order the paperbacks from Books a Million or Amazon! I also have some great clothes waiting for you when I come home...... Feeling a bit better? Tell yourself, I am not going to be sick!!!!! Love ya! Cheryl

If'n Cheryl's reply does not cheer you up, don't know what will... Want me to take you to lunch Friday - my treat - I hope it is just a bug and you get rid of it soon....There has been a lot going on for a lot of us, and "stress is stress good or bad", even too much "good stuff" can lead to depression, so I've been told....D.
