S- Gardettos Party Mix (half of a small bag)
L- Grilled Chicken Salad with Ranch dressing (ate mostly the chicken)
D- Grilled ham and cheese sandwich
S- Orange

I only drank about 32 oz of water, 8 oz of coke, 12 oz tea
I have been hungry a lot today, it is kind of scary, I don't usually eat as many times as I have today. I guess that is what I need to be doing, but I am not sure if my food choices are good enough. I go to see the doctor tomorrow morning, I will discuss my eating with him and see what he says.

Major victory today: I RAN for 30 minutes today. Yes, I said RAN. Wooohooo! Hubby knew he would be gone for Valentines Day so I got my present early and it was a little MP3 player. I used it for the first time today. I ran while I jammed to oldies like "Brick House" and Bob Seagers, "Love to watch her Strut" and newer ones like "One Hot Mamma". Yes it was my honey that downloaded all the songs! It was quite funny waiting to hear which song he picked next and I snickered to myself the whole time.

It was a hungry day for me too! Some days are like that!
Breakfast: 1/2 peanut butter and banana sandwich made on 45 calorie bread
Lunch: 1/2 bologna sandwich with a touch of mayo on 45 cal bread and guess what I went so this doesn't really count!!
Snack: 1/2 ounce cheese and a blue bunny no sugar added ice cream cone
Supper: I tried to eat a tiny piece of Sam's brand oven fired 4 cheese pizza. It was the nastiest thing I ever ate in my life!!! I ate the cheese off the top and part of the bottom crust - prolly about a 2 inch square total...even Polly woundn't eat it!!
Snack: 1 blue bunny no sugar added ice cream cone AND a later snack of Breyers no sugar added vanilla - bout 1/2 cup!!
I don't ususally buy the ice cream snacks ( I do try to keep the Breyer's vanilla for a taste after supper) and will not buy them again. 240 calories per cone!!! Too many for me!
and I only drank 32 ounces! That's bad for me!

D~homemade kung po chicken and about 2 tbs of white rice(bad)
I drank about 60 oz today.
